The Woman Within Weekend® is a two-and-a half-day experience for women unlike any other. Lodging and food are included with this immersive and communal experience.

Who We Are
We are Woman Within® Hawaiʻi, a women-led nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women’s empowerment, personal growth, authentic connection, and meaningful community.
For centuries, women have gathered in circles to share wisdom, strength, stories, intuition, and support. Across generations and through challenging times, these gatherings have helped women remain connected to themselves and to one another. We continue that tradition today by creating opportunities for women to come together, grow, reflect, and discover what becomes possible when we are truly seen and supported.
At Woman Within® Hawaiʻi, we cultivate a nurturing, respectful, and supportive environment where women are encouraged to explore who they are, trust their own inner wisdom, and become more fully themselves. We believe growth does not happen in isolation. It deepens through connection, honesty, compassion, courage, and the experience of being witnessed without judgment.
We are also part of a global Woman Within® community of women who have taken this journey together—turning inward, learning from one another, and building a sustainable tradition of women supporting women. What has emerged is a living community that continues to be shared with future generations.
Together, we are helping create a world where women know themselves deeply, embrace their whole selves, support one another generously, and lead their lives from a place of authenticity, confidence, compassion, and inner strength.

What We Do
Woman Within® Hawaiʻi creates welcoming spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the part of themselves that already knows what is true, needed, and right for them.
Through women’s circles, gatherings, and transformational programs, we offer opportunities to step away from the demands of everyday life and into a space of reflection, honesty, connection, and support. Here, women are invited to explore their own inner wisdom, notice the parts of themselves that may have been overlooked or silenced, and deepen their understanding of who they are and what they want next.
Our work is rooted in the ancient tradition of women gathering in circle—to witness one another, to listen without judgment, to share honestly, and to remember that we do not have to navigate life alone.
You do not need to arrive with answers. You do not need to have it all figured out. You only need a willingness to show up as you are.
In our circles, every woman is invited to be seen and heard. You may come seeking clarity, healing, courage, friendship, renewal, or simply a deeper connection with yourself and other women. What you discover is yours to define.
Woman Within® Hawaiʻi is not about telling you who to be. It is about creating the space for you to hear yourself more clearly.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is step into a circle, be fully present, and allow ourselves to be supported.
